Shipping Information
At FAMILY-SCL, we work with trusted international carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and added to your order total at checkout.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you immediately. In cases where delivery cannot be made due to our fault, FAMILY-SCL will refund the full amount paid for the undelivered goods, and the order for those items will be considered cancelled.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the selected delivery method, and your location. The estimated delivery time will be stated in your order confirmation email, which you will receive within two (2) business days after placing your order.
If your order includes multiple products with different delivery schedules, we will ship them together by the latest estimated delivery date.
In the unlikely event of a delay, FAMILY-SCL will contact you promptly to inform you of the new estimated delivery date and keep you updated until your order arrives.
Payment by Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard
If you choose to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, FAMILY-SCL acts as the seller and marketer of the products.

Payments
All payments - including the cost of goods and shipping - must be made at the end of the checkout process. Your order will proceed to handling and delivery only after payment approval.

All card payments are processed through Citadele Banka AS (Klix) using Secure Server Software (SSL) encryption technology.
FAMILY-SCL does not have access to your card data, and no payment information is ever stored in our systems.
For additional protection, our webshop uses Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication systems to confirm the cardholder’s identity and prevent unauthorized use.
FAMILY-SCL reserves the right to reject any order if the card payment cannot be verified for security reasons.
