Shipping and Delivery


If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel service provider will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to FAMILY-SCL.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs and any fees related to re-delivery.

To avoid delays and extra charges, we recommend providing an accurate delivery address and tracking your shipment so someone is available to receive it.
