At FAMILY-SCL, order processing time depends on the order size and season. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing may take a little longer.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment. Each handmade item is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before leaving our workshop in Latvia.
At FAMILY-SCL, we ship worldwide from our workshop in Latvia, and delivery times vary depending on your location:

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs procedures, local postal services, and seasonal demand. We always strive to ensure that every order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
International customers are kindly advised that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
While FAMILY-SCL strives to ensure fast and smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import processes.

Our team will review your case and arrange the appropriate solution - this may include sending a replacement part, offering an exchange, or providing another suitable resolution.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll make sure to handle your request promptly and professionally.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel service provider will attempt delivery again on the next business day.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to FAMILY-SCL.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs and any fees related to re-delivery.
To avoid delays and extra charges, we recommend providing an accurate delivery address and tracking your shipment so someone is available to receive it.
