Processing time varies from order amount and season. In high season it could be longer. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days.

Other shipping information For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days (in some countries up to month), Family-scl reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
We're sorry. Sometimes it happens that items have a defect or are faulty. In these cases, you naturally have the opportunity to complain about the article. Please contact us by e-mail to email@example.com stating the order number, and ideally a short description as well as photos of the damaged article. We then check the further procedure and can, for example, take care of a spare part or an exchange.
If the recipient is not present, the parcel service provider will try to deliver parcel in next day. After three unsuccessful attempts at parcel delivery at the delivery address, the package is automatically returned to us. In this case, we will have to charge you for the cost of the return and redeployment.
If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and comes back to us, the shipping costs are due again and you will be charged additionally.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Family-scl is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.
