Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
At FAMILY-SCL, we understand that sometimes plans change. We’re happy to exchange or cancel orders if your request is received before your product is shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and then contact us at support@family-scl.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
If you wish to cancel, return, or replace an order, please email us at support@family-scl.com with your order number and product details.
Our customer service team will respond promptly with instructions and next steps to make the process as smooth as possible.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods and verify their condition. Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
