Returns and Cancellations


We will gladly exchange or cancel customer orders if the request is received before the product is shipped. If the request is received after the product is shipped, we ask customers to wait until the product is received and contact us - support@family-scl.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


If you need to cancel, return or require a replacement to your order, please contact us- support@family-scl.com with as much information about your order as possible and we will get back to you pronto with next steps.

After we have received and checked your returned package, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return. Refund will be issued and paid out within 2 weeks after we have become aware of your return and have received the goods.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
